<div itemprop="description">Colin Shawn O'Shea, 46. <br /> <br />Colin O'Shea passed away quietly in his sleep at home on June 30, 2015. <br /> <br />A memorial service will be held at McDougall and Brown Funeral Home - Scarborough Chapel. <br /> <br />Visitation will take place from 12-2pm, with a memorial service starting a 2pm. A remembrance celebration will take place following the service for family and friends at 3:30pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall #13 at 1557 Kingston Rd. (Kingston and Birchmount). <br /> <br />Colin was born in Toronto, Ontario to Danny O'Shea and Kathleen Anderson on September 7, 1968. He was the loving brother to Kevin, Carolyn and Ryan and caring uncle to Daniel, Ireland, Conor, Evan, Angela and Brandon. <br /> <br />Colin was a person who was always willing to lend an ear or helping hand to a friend in need. Colin was a huge lover of animals and a lifelong musician. Colin played in the bands Senile Decay and Iron League, among others, throughout his music career. Colin had a great, if not peculiar, sense of humor, always taking great joy in making family and friends laugh. Colin will be remembered as a person who was original, authentic and funny, always staying true to himself. Colin will be remembered as friend who never looked past a person, always accepting a person for who they are. He will forever be missed and loved - a true wild one! <br /> <br />Colin is preceded in death by his loving mother Kathleen Anderson. <br /> <br />In lieu of flowers - Colin was passionate about animals - please donate to the SPCA - link at the bottom of the page.
