<div itemprop="description">Marilyn Feir, peacefully at home in Toronto on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the age of 68 years. <br /> <br />Beloved wife of Jim for 33 years. Dear mother to Caitlin Feir, Alyssa (Matthew) Feir of Halifax and Jill (Michael) Welsh of Wamuran, Australia. <br /> <br />Daughter of Anita Malcon of Auckland, New Zealand and the late Bruce Malcon. Dear sister to Catherine Malcon (John Bye) of Auckland, New Zealand, Robert (Sherrill Barratt) of Mirboo North, Australia, Stephen (Anne-Marie) of Sandy Bay, New Zealand, Grenville and Daria both of Auckland, New Zealand. <br /> <br />Marilyn was a best friend, companion, soul mate and partner in a life of world travel with Jim and a role model and constant support for Caitlin, Alyssa and Jill. A staunch All Blacks (rugby) and Richmond Tigers (Aussie Rules) supporter, she will be remembered for her fun-filled spirit, good humour, laugh, smile, enjoyment of friends and making new ones, her creativity and crafts and her many contributions to good causes and helping hand to anyone in need. <br /> <br />A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, June 5, 2015 at St. John's Roman Catholic Church, 794 Kingston Rd., Toronto, with a reception to follow at McDougall and Brown Funeral home, 2900 Kingston Rd., 416-267-4656. <br /> <br />The family extends a special thanks to Princess Margaret Cancer Centre staff, Dr. Warren Mason and the Pencer Clinic staff and the CCAC for their support and wonderful care. <br /> <br />In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Terry Fox Foundation.</div>
