Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Mary passed away at Toronto East General Hospital
on February 27, 2016 at the age of 53 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved wife of David. Loving mother of Steven and Melissa. Precious daughter of Elwood.
Cherished sister of Edward (Mary), Lisa (Andrew), James (Penny) and Kelly (Darrell).
Predeceased by her mother, Loretta. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews
and cousins and will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Road (416-267-4656),
on Friday March 4th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John’s Roman
Catholic Church, 794 Kingston Road, on Saturday March 5th at 11:00 am. Entombment will take place
at Pine Hills Cemetery with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary to
the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
