<div itemprop="description">Matilda (Mat) Marie Capone <br>March 6, 1939 to September 6, 2016 <br> <br>It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear Mom after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease at the age of 77. She left us peacefully, in her sleep, in the early morning hours. Predeceased by her devoted husband of 59 years, Cos Capone. <br> <br>Loving mother to Jean (Peter), Michele (Chris) and Dave (Meg). <br>Cherished grandmother to Heather, Allison, Eric, Mark, Chantelle, Derek and Maddy. <br>Beloved sister to Julia, Maria, Claire, Jean and Paulette. <br>Auntie Mat will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews. <br> <br>We would like to thank the wonderful staff at Bloomington Cove, who did so much to comfort our Mom in her final few months. <br> <br>If you choose, instead of flowers, donations to Alzheimer Canada would be welcome.
