<div itemprop="description">Buchanan, Patricia - Peacefully on Wednesday May 25, 2016 in her 81st year. Predeceased by her beloved husband John. Loving mother of Donna and Katherine (Richard). Grandmother of John (Laura), Dallas, Monique, Carly, Caitlin (Leo) and great grandmother of Alexandra, Demi, Katrina and Kya. Survived by her loving sister Mary. Visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home "Scarborough Chapel", 2900 Kingston Rd., 416-267-4656, on Friday May 27 from 6pm-8pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday May 28 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart and Stoke Foundation.</div>
