<div itemprop="description">Beloved partner of Claire Wootten and step-father to Taylor Akin, died at the age of 66 on December 12th at Toronto&rsquo;s Sunnybrook Hospital. A respected broadcaster, Terry was host and news anchor with CBC Radio &amp; Television, Newsworld International, and CTV. Terry was also a media specialist for the Health Council of Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society and taught media studies at Humber College. Terry was an excellent guitarist, avid cyclist, and loved living in The Beach. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 21st at 11:00 AM at the Sherrin Funeral Home, 873 Kingston Road, Toronto with visitation an hour prior.
