Frank X. Teunissen (1948 -2016)
On August 31st, Frank passed peacefully in the loving arms of his wife, Mary Lou Acton. Left to mourn this tragic loss are Mary Lou & the puppies Mozart and Zeus. Frank shall be missed for his spirit, generosity, originality & humour. He was greatly loved & respected by his family, friends & fellow IATSE 873 members. Frank leaves behind his siblings: Helen (Ted), Willy (Bram), Joann, Joe, Jim (Pearl) & sister in-laws Elly, Montse & Zita. Frank was pre-deceased by Richard, John, Jack, Nol, Piet, Bram, Tien, Nellie & Jantje. Frank will be fondly remembered by the Acton family for the love & support he gave to the family. Services will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd on Thursday, September 8 (2-4pm & 7-9pm). The church service will be held at St. Joseph’s at 162 Leslie Street on Friday, September 9 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Lucas’ Fund a disability trust set up for Frank’s nephew in-law.
