<div itemprop="description">Patrick Aidan Redmond (86, of Waterdown, Ontario)<br /><br />Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 7, 2016. Pat was born in Waterford, Ireland on November 5, 1929 and moved to Toronto when he was 24 years old. He was married to Claire Richard on August 30, 1958; they were married 57 years. Pat worked as a refrigeration, air conditioning and heating technician for many years, mostly with Black &amp; McDonald. Pat is survived by his cherished wife Claire, and his four children Donna (Jim Sorichetti), Pat (Jo Itenson), Paul and Glenn (Kim); his brother Gary (Mary), and sister Terry; and his ten grandchildren Ryan (Dusa), Justin, Mark, Kevin, Alisha, Richelle, Marissa, Clarice, Laura and Brent. Pat is preceded in death by his father Thomas, mother Kathleen, brother Tom, sister in law Sheila, and brothers in law Dick, Edgar, Gerry and Cos. The visitation and funeral service will both be held at McDougall &amp; Brown Funeral Home &ndash; Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Road, Toronto. (Please note that the entrance can only be accessed from westbound Kingston Road). Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 10th from 7 &ndash; 9 p.m. and Thursday Feb. 11th from 10 &ndash; 11 a.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday Feb. 11th at 11 a.m. Shortly afterwards, all are welcome to attend the burial at Resthaven Memorial Gardens at 2700 Kingston Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Carpenter Hospice in Burlington would be greatly appreciated by the family.
