NIXON, Theresa Douglas (nee MacDonald)
Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday
April 15, 2015 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of David for 42 years.
Loving mother of Louisa and Jacqueline (Richard). Beloved Nana
to Julian, Leah, Lily and Jack. Predeceased by her parents Thomas
and Mary MacDonald. Sister to Deirdre, Douglas, Fearchar, Monica,
Francesca, Marsali, John, Una and Lesley. Loving Aunt to
her many nieces and nephews. Daughter-in-law of Margaret and
Harry Nixon. Friends are welcome on Saturday April 25, 2015 from
12p.m. (noon) until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at McDougall &
Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Road
(just east of St. Clair Ave. E.). Directly following the funeral service,
a celebration of Theresa's Life will be held at the Leaside Pub, 190
Laird Drive Toronto, Ontario M4G 4H9. In lieu of flowers, donations
to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
